£3.95 for signed for 5–7-day delivery
£6.95 for signed for 2–3-day delivery
Orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).
Online Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period (see below) either in store or by post/courier, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging and tags attached.
All products will be checked for faults by our Retail team prior to posting out your order.
Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange or credit note to the value of the lowest-selling price for the returned goods will be offered. If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered regardless of proof of purchase.
If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. If you are returning an item via a store, please take your delivery note with you.
If you want to return your order by post or by courier, you will do so at your own cost. Please make sure that your details and order number are included with your return so it can easily be identified.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your return. Returns will be processed in the order we receive them. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.
